After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation. Refunds are provided only in cases where a replacement is not possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped, as each batch is prepared specifically for your order.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with due to hygiene and fragrance-sensitivity reasons.
